Entre Pircas Suites: Former Argentine Presidential Retreat Reborn as Contemporary Hotel by Alarciaferrer Arquitectos
A former summer residence of Argentine President Julio A. Roca in Córdoba has been transformed by Alarciaferrer Arquitectos into Entre Pircas Suites. The hotel blends contemporary design with regional traditions, using stone and wood inspired by local pircas walls. Set amid 19th-century buildings, a Carlos Thays–designed park, and an artificial lake, the project respects heritage while delivering modern comfort.
