Hamilton’s Historic Vogue Cinema Sold for £1 to Become Social Housing Landmark
Hamilton’s iconic Vogue Cinema, a Grade B-listed 1930s Art Deco building, has been sold by South Lanarkshire Council to Clyde Valley Housing Association for just £1. Plans are underway to create 23 new social housing flats, with support from government funding, while preserving the historic façade and breathing new life into the town centre.
